If you obtained one of our applications through Apple’s App Store:

  • Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support of the application.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the application.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as such.
